ProTennis – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing ProTennis Academy.

Our goal is to provide every player with a high-quality, structured, and consistent coaching experience across all our locations. To ensure smooth communication and efficient management of classes and fees, the below are our Terms & Conditions:

1. Class Types & Durations

ProTennis offers three class formats designed around age, skill, and player goals:

• Private Classes – 1 player per coach
• Semi-Private Classes – 2 players per coach
• Group Classes – 3 or more players per coach
• Class durations are available in: 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes.

2. Scheduling & Packages

Players select a monthly package by choosing class type and duration.
Packages follow the same weekly schedule throughout the month.

3. Fees & Payments

Advance Payment – All fees are payable at the start of each month.
Fee Calculation – Based on the number of classes selected for that month.
Additional Classes – Any extra sessions will be billed the following month.

4. Eligibility & Class Placement

Players are placed in classes based on age and skill assessment.
ProTennis reserves the right to reassign players to ensure safety and training effectiveness.

5. Attendance & Absences

Players must notify ProTennis at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend.
No refunds will be issued.
Up to 2 sessions per month may be marked as not consumed, provided a valid reason is given and makeup sessions are scheduled.
Absences without 24-hour notice will be counted as consumed.

6. Makeup Class Policy

Makeup sessions must be taken within 30 days of the missed class.
Scheduling is subject to coach availability.
Unused makeup classes expire and cannot be carried forward or deducted from future payments.
Classes cancelled by ProTennis (e.g., weather, holidays) will be rescheduled.

7. Changes to Class Schedule

Requests to change class type, frequency, or timing take effect from the following month, subject to availability.
We encourage longer-term consistency to support progress and stable scheduling.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the month-end to avoid charges for the following month.
Once a new month begins, no cancellations or refunds will be processed for that month.

9. Acknowledgment

Payment of the monthly fee confirms the player/guardian’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
